John Rock is dedicated to maximizing the cost-effectiveness of our pallets – and that includes working with our customers to reuse, recover, repair and service the pallets we sell.

Building “Loops”

We work together with our clients’ supply/shipping loop system to provide value-added service. That means that we:

1 – Supply your pallets at the right point in your shipping chain for maximum efficiency.

2 – Respond to unique opportunities to enhance everyone’s bottom line. We use our connections to find an outlet for waste, maximize usage and efficiency of trucking, and enhance profit margin whenever possible. For example, if we can’t use pallet wood waste, we might know someone who does, and we may know of an empty truck to transport it.

3 – Look “outside the box” for opportunities that add value and save money for our customers.
