December 2005, John Rock Inc. has entered into an agreement with AMS (Automated Machine Systems) to be a Beta Customer for their Palmate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. This should provide John Rock Inc with complete and comprehensive pallet logistics from start to finish.

 

 October 2005,  John Rock Inc installed a new Viking Champion QC306. This machine is noted for its ability to efficiently use recovered pallet components. This adds to John Rock’s commitment to our Green Policy of putting in place environmentally sound recycling, recovery and repair practices, as well as having one more unique way of giving our customer the best bang for their buck.

 

September 2005, John Rock Inc has installed it’s second heat treating kiln. This more than doubles our heat treating capacity to upwards of 10,000 pallets per shift. We can quickly and efficiently take care of all your heat treating needs, whether they are pallets, crates, skids, components or dunnage.

 

May 2005, John Rock announced that they have ordered a 2nd heat chamber, due to arrive and be fully operational by July 2005. This more than doubles their already impressive capacity.

 

Fall 2004, John Rock opened a new manufacturing facility in Sadsburyville, PA. The grand opening was held on November 23, 2004 to great fanfare.
