“Reinvestment pays off”
In a constant effort for continued improvement, John Rock
Inc, retired Viking Turbo 505 #Six with a brand new state of art
high production Turbo 505 nailing machine. Simultaneously, on
our Brewer Saw-line #Four, we replaced the single arbor gang-saw
with a new double arbor gang-saw with double the horsepower in
addition we added a new high-speed automated board stacker with
net effect of significantly increasing the throughput potential
of the whole saw-line. Continual reinvestment has allowed us to
achieve the highest production numbers possible. Some say we are
crazy to replace equipment before it completely wears out, we
believe our happy customers may think otherwise. |
