Q:  How do I order a pallet?

A:  Call us and be sure to describe the pallet as carefully as you can.  Be sure to list the length of the stringer first and the length of the deckboard second, or you won’t get an accurate quote – or the right pallet to meet your needs.

Q:  Is there a difference between a 40-48 pallet and a 48-40 pallet?

A:  Yes, a huge difference.  An order for each of these two measurements will provide you with completely different pallets.  You need to accurately describe the length of the stringer first, then the length of the deckboard. 

Q:  How do I compare quotes from two different pallet companies?  Is price the only consideration?

A:  Price is only one component of a pallet relationship.  John Rock offers competitive pricing, but we may not always be the cheapest.  But ask yourself if another company can provide the service that John Rock provides.  A cheap price without the product quality and service to back it up is of no value.
